On Wednesday, September 29, 2010 members of Picture the Homeless and their housing allies rallied near City Hall to demand the passage of Intro 48, legislation that would require an annual census of vacant properties. Though the bill has sponsorship of the majority of the City Council, it has not yet been introduced for more formal consideration.
